What if the package is broken when I receive it?
In an unlikely event that the package is broken when you receive it please email us at email@example.com within 24hours of your receiving your order with your full name, description of the items and images of the damaged product. Once we assess the item we will refund the purchase price (does not include postage) or provide you with a replacement. There is strictly NO refund or replacement on products that have been damaged/ broken from wear and tear.
What if my order never arrived?
In the unlikely event your item never arrived once it has left us, please do not ask for a refund as you will not receive one. Once it is posted with Australia Post we do not take responsibility if it goes missing and you have not purchased the shipping with tracking or insurance
